Service to the Community
Real Journeyman trained personnel can be found aiding their communities in all kinds of ways.
They apply their unique skills in helping those who truly need it the most. Across the world, thousands of Habitat homes have been built or plumbed or wired with the help of Real Journeyman volunteers.
The Real Journeymen of the IBEW local 668 recently received the "Spirit of the Season" award from Greater Lafayette Commerce for all their many volunteer projects in the downtown area. From the annual Christmas lights to the many various banners they erect for United Way and others there is rarely a month in which Real Journeyman(TM) volunteers aren't seen climbing to new heights downtown.
